Painting just for fun since 1969 Lorene Swanson Wilson, says, “I paint to please myself. . . if others like it, that makes it more satisfying.” She is standing beside a picture she painted of Ryder’s Ford, located east of Lenapah, Ok. It was named Grand Champion and Best of Show 2008 at the Inter-State Fair in Coffeyville. “The Best Free Show” in Mound Valley is Christmas gift of Dr. Bill and Miriam Wilcox to their friends and the town It’s become a tradition in Mound Valley. Once again, Dr. Bill Wilcox and his wife Miriam have turned their Christmas lights on at their property! Their home and yard are festive with numerous lighted decorations, including 5 candles in every one of the thirty-three windows, the pool house, the gazebo and over 800 feet of rail fence. CRMC Auxiliary completes $100,000 Pledge to CRMC Foundation Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Auxiliary recently completed at pledge made to the CRMC Foundation for $100,000.
